Dr. Tricia Paulson

Board-certified Naturopathic Doctor

Thanks for visiting our website! I’m Dr. Tricia Paulson and am a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor currently licensed in Minnesota while awaiting Wisconsin to become a licensed state. I graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine which is one of the six accredited naturopathic medical schools in North America located in Toronto, Canada, my former home city. As a naturopathic doctor, I offer a holistic, patient-centered approach to your healthcare and have been taking care of patients on their journey to optimal health for over 12 years.

I first moved to the United States in 2005 to start my practice under the expertise of Dr. Kristi Hughes in Alexandria, MN. In 2009 I started my own practice in Osceola Wisconsin and after four quick years I had outgrown my space and thus moved my practice to St. Croix Falls Wisconsin where I have been since 2013. My husband Craig and I love the area and enjoy all it has to offer.

Although public speaking has always made me nervous, I love being an educator and will talk to anyone who will listen to me about naturopathic medicine! I have therefore been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be a speaker and educator for various organizations including the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, Nutri-Dyn and Metagenics sharing my experiences and knowledge with other doctors and practitioners. My speaking engagements have taken me all over the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Korea.

Despite having the opportunity to reach audiences across the country and around the world, what is most important to me is working with people in my own community. Too many folks are feeling the ill-effects of a chronic disease or condition without realizing opportunities to dramatically increase the quality of life they are living. I hope to offer alternative ways beyond what conventional medicine has to offer, to help individuals return to their true health.

I am a member of the Wisconsin Naturopathic Doctors Association (WNDA) and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). For more information on the WNDA and AANP, you can visit their websites at http://www.wisconsin-nd.org and http://www.naturopathic.org.

Jennifer Lutz

Jennifer Lutz

Certified Lifestyle Educator, Health Coach & Personal Trainer

Jennifer is a certified Lifestyle Educator in the First Line Therapy Program. While in her home state of Connecticut, she completed her undergraduate studies in biology. After graduating, getting married and starting a family, Jenn earned her certification in personal training. After 7 years in the fitness industry, she knew that she wanted to transition to a different area of health and wellness and began working in a chiropractic and integrative care office. It was here that she was introduced to naturopathic medicine, where Dr. Paulson had her practice.
Jennifer’s personal experience of natural medicine started when she was a patient first under Dr. Paulson’s care. Inspired by her own health transformation, she knew that she had found the field that she wanted to continue her professional growth in. After beginning her work with Dr. Paulson, she knew that she wanted to expand upon her education and is currently enrolled in the Institue of Integrative Nutrition working towards certifcation as a Holistic Health Coach.
One of the principles that is often discussed during her appointments with patients of the clinic is that of balance. When our lifestyles and eating habits are out of balance, we will see that our health can suffer as a result. Maintaining that balance can be quite difficult as there are plenty of variables that life brings. Combining her own personal experiences in fitness and nutrition with her clinical practice means that she understands the difficulties in uniting desired health actions and real-world application.

Barbara Luepke

Office Coordinator and Administrator

Barbara has over 25 years of customer service in various trades and has fun working with people. You’ll know that as soon as you meet her. She keeps everything here at the clinic running smoothly and is your contact person for appointments, ordering supplements, office inquiries and is an advocate of tea: creating, experimenting, trying new recipes, utilizing both local and national resources.

She has a strong belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself and implements healthy living into her daily life. She is a great example of aging slowly!

Barbara and her family enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, kayaking, trap shooting, pistol league, sporting clays, pool league, feeding and being entertained by their chickens, and throwing the Kong ball for their 13 year old English Springer Spaniel, Minni, who still plays with puppy-like tendencies.

In her spare time, she enjoys dance, World music, and strumming her guitar in her renovated corn crib.
