Tricia Paulson, N.D.

NYG_0167-EditDr. Tricia Paulson is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor currently licensed in Minnesota while awaiting Wisconsin to become a licensed state. She is a graduate of The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), which is one of the six accredited naturopathic medical schools in North America. CCNM is located in Toronto Canada, her former home city.

As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Paulson has been trained in a variety of different modalities allowing her to offer a holisitic, patient-centered approach to your healthcare. After her completion of studies at CCNM, Dr. Paulson continued her education by seeking out opportunities that would expand her knowledge of functional medicine. The most evidence based education however is in the clinical outcomes and patient experiences that she sees every day. Since being in full time practice s of 2005 and practicing in the St. Croix Falls area as of 2009, it is clear, naturopathic functional medicine works for increasing health and disease resolution.

Dr. Paulson has worked with several organizations as a speaker and educator including the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association and Nutrition-Dynamics. Currently, Dr. Paulson is an educator for the FirstLine Therapy Program. This program was created by a team at Metagenics, a supplement and wellness company based in California, to teach doctors and other practitioners how to implement proven Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes practices into their practice as the first line treatment for both the prevention and treatment of cardiometabolic diseases.

Despite having the opportunity to reach audiences across the country, what is most important to Dr. Paulson is working with people that are in reach within her own community. Too many people are feeling the ill-effects of what is called a chronic disease or condition when there really is an opportunity for them to dramatically increase the quality of the life that they are living.

Dr. Paulson is also a member of the Wisconsin Naturopathic Doctors Association (WNDA) and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). For more information on the WNDA and AANP, you can visit their websites at http://www.wisconsin-nd.org and http://www.naturopathic.org .
